Depending on the season, Bank Holidays, room type and duration of stay, the ROOM RATES are as follows:

  • Double on-suite from £62.00 - £70.00 per night
  • Junior suite: from £70.00 - £76.00 per night
  • Triple room (based on three people): from £74.00 - £92.00 per night
  • Triple room (based on two people): from £70.00 - £76.00 per night
  • Single room: £35.00 per night

For seven plus nights there is 10% reduction on the total amount.

All rooms are en-suite, fully appointed with high quality bedding, toiletries and fluffy towels. The tariff includes an excellent, freshly prepared English or Continental breakfast menu with vegetarian options.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should guests leave prior to the originally agreed dates, no refund will be applicable. No reduction whatsoever is made for temporary absence, or meals not taken. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made on or after seven days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking amount. A non-arrival will also result in a 100% charge of the total booking amount. For longer stays, Guests may wish to consider travel insurance.
