TERMS & CONDITIONS

Check in time is between 2.00pm and 6.00pm on day of arrival.  Should you be arriving in Torquay outside these times, please endeavour to let us know in advance.

Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.  In the case of late flights we may be able to hold your luggage and you are welcome to use our lounge.

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of booking and at the quoted tariffs.

We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of guests’ property unless handed in for safe custody and signed for by the proprietors

Credit/debit card details will be required to reserve any room. A non-refundable deposit amounting to the first night's stay will be charged; the balance will be due on departure.  Please note that payment is by cash or credit/debit card only.  

Same-day bookings will require payment in full on arrival. Please note that payment is by cash or credit/debit card only.  

The Proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part of that contract be detrimental to the guest house or to the well being or comfort of other guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY.  Should guests leave prior to the originally agreed dates, no refund will be applicable. No reduction is made for temporary absence or meals not taken. Cancellations made on or after seven days prior to arrival or a no show will be charged at 70% of the total booking amount.  

In the event of a cancellation or curtailment and should the accommodation not be re-let, the person who made the reservation will be liable for the the cancellation cost.

This payment will be charged to the credit/debit card on file; t
he card holder will be notified of any such transaction.

Children under the Age of 16 MUST NOT be left on the premises without adult supervision

We are unable to provide facilities for children under the age of seven years.

Strictly no pets allowed.

Lost Keys may be charged to the value of replacement locks.

There is parking for four cars in the Daylesford car park.  There is also on-road parking available.  Please be aware that the Management accepts no responsibility for damage to cars parked on the forecourt and guests park there at their own risk.   The drive may be unsuitable for cars with low front spoilers.

By making this booking you have entered into a legally binding contract with us under the terms and conditions as detailed above.  It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover for your protection.
