The Daylesford is in a quiet tree-lined avenue, two hundred metres from the Riviera International Conference & Leisure Centre, Torre Abbey and Gardens, and within easy, level walking distance of the station, town, marina, and sea front. South Devon is one of the most beautiful regions in the United Kingdom, and The Daylesford is ideally located to enjoy the dramatic coastline, quaint villages, historic towns such as Totnes, Dartmouth, Exeter and the stunning countryside. Opposite the house is a large sports field, ideal for joggers, with cricket to watch in the summer and rugby in the winter weekends.

A twenty minute walk takes you to the wonderful village of Cockington, complete with Manor House and Craft Centre, a thousand year old church, ornamental gardens and lakes and thatched cottages, all surrounded by beautiful countryside. Open carriage rides, cream teas and lunch or dinner at The Drum, a fine Lutyens designed Inn, all form part of a rather
memorable experience.

We actively co-operate with the Torbay's theatres, and will be pleased to organise bookings. The Little Theatre, Princess Theatre and Babbacombe Theatre can be found on our links page.
